How to choose

  • Just starting: Light.
  • Training regularly, with an endurance goal: Light.
  • Training regularly, with a strength goal or both: Medium.
  • Very fit: Medium.

These are our suggestions, not a test. Answer the two questions on the home page and the page shows the matching band.

How much to do

For each exercise, 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions per arm. With the Medium (green) cord, 3 sets of 10 per arm is already plenty.

A whole team

Ten sets cover a team. Order both resistances and each athlete picks the level that fits their fitness and goal. See how team orders work.

The cord is made of natural latex: do not use it if you have a latex allergy.
