What this site is

This site presents FEROK PRO swim resistance bands and free training information. We do not sell on this site. When you buy, you do it on Amazon.com, under Amazon’s terms, price, shipping and returns policies.

Training information

The guides and exercises are general information, not medical advice. Exercise carries some risk. Talk to a qualified professional before you start a new program, and stop if something hurts. Check the cord and the loop for wear before every use, and use a solid anchor. The cord is made of natural latex: do not use it if you have a latex allergy.

Our content

The text, drawings, photographs, logos and the FEROK PRO name belong to us. You may share a link to a page or print the guide for your own use. Please do not copy or sell them without asking.
