What this site collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

Last updated: October 29, 2026.

This site is run by FEROK LLC, 102 Gold Ave SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102-3335, United States. You can reach us at info@ferokpro.com.

What we collect

  • Free guide. Your email address, the date you signed up and confirmed, and the exact text you agreed to.
  • Team pack and contact forms. The name, email address, team name, number of sets and message you send us.
  • Clicks to Amazon. When you use a buy button, we record the date, the product, the button you used and the website you came from. We also record a daily code built from your connection and browser, so we can count visits. The code changes every day, so it cannot follow you from one day to the next, and we do not store your IP address.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps the usual technical logs of requests to the site.

We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

Why we use it

To send you the guide and the emails you asked for, to answer your messages, to see which pages and buttons are useful, and to protect the site from spam.

Who handles it

The site and our email are hosted by Infomaniak. When you leave for Amazon.com, Amazon’s own privacy notice applies. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Email list: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your address, marked as unsubscribed, so that we do not email you again.
  • Messages from forms and click records: 24 months.
  • Sign-ups you never confirmed: 30 days.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to info@ferokpro.com. If you live in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, such as California, you can use the same address to ask for them.

Children

This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this page, we change the date at the top.
